UMR on sk-10 - envelope problem

hello,

I installed the umr kit as explained.
When I trigger a midi note on the SK10 I only listen the short attack of the casio sound but the sound isn't sustained enough to sound as the midi notes in my sequencer. Also, just some notes responds to midi message.
Led activities are OK and indicate that midi is received.

If someone can help me to understand the problem and how the resolve it.

Which notes respond to MIDI, and which do not? For a given note, is the response consistent? (Does the note always "miss", or always "hit", and is it always not sustained?)

For a note that is not sustained for the length of the MIDI note--can you hold the MIDI note for a long time and observe a second sounding of the note?
