addressing multiple MSA units

Hello,
I have several MSA units wired in series. Is it possible to sendex an individual MSA unit without unwiring it.

Hi Dana,

With the current firmware, you must connect only the MSA that will be configured by the SysEx message being sent...there is no way to "address" a specific unit in a chain via SysEx--sorry.

A work-around is to temporarily pull IC1 from any unit that you don't want to configure. MIDI Thru functionality will be unaffected by the absence of IC1.
