Default Homemade tube guitar preamp

I am making a three channel guitar preamp. I have all the details worked out except how to switch between the channels. The idea is that I'll have 3 dpst relays. The output of the first stage will break out into the three different channels. Each channel has its own relay with one pole at the input and one at the output. It should be set up so that when I send the signal for channel one, it's relay closes at both ends while the other channels' relays open. It should work the same for each of the channels.

I'm planning to adapt the switching circuit from this schematic when I finally get round to adding the remaining channels to my preamp
