Default MD24 pulsing and jittering channels

I have a new MD24, I configured it for cc. On some of the channels I'm getting a sweeping pulse of the servo or just a jitter making that channel useless. It seems to be happening always on channel 0 and sometimes on others. As a test to isolate this problem, I programming the MD24 as cc on channel 0, and disable everything else, and with a servo connected to channel 0 it will sweep back and forth with no input.

What could be the problem here?

Thanks in advance,

starace

Hi Starace,

Could you post the complete sysex message(s) that you are using to configure the MD24?

Hi Starace,

Does the servo move, even when the MD24 MIDI input is disconnected?

Also, do you have MD24 ground tied to the ground of the servo power supply?
