Default MIDIWidget beta CC bug (was: Help with Midiwidget and Axess Fx1 Controller)

Hi there,

I've just build a 20 loop rackmount guitar effects switcher using midiwidget. I'm using a fully programmable Axess Fx-1 midi controller to recall CC's on the Midiwidget.

The Axess Fx1 has fixed 0-127 CC's OFF/ON values. The Fx1 sends CC 32HEX.

I've set the midiwidget outputs on Logic: CC On/Off from #10 to #29 and Threshold value on 127.

The Axess Fx1 is set accordingly to the Midiwidget but i cannot have the loops working. The outputs on the midiwidget are always on 0V, no matter which midi message i send to it. I can see the red led flicking every time i press a button on the Axess Fx1, but nothing happened.

I've tried to Invert the outputs to see if the relay section works and it does actually work. So the problem must be on the midiwidget configuration or on the Axess Fx1.

Here's the link to the Axess Fx1 manual:

Could someone help me?
Many thanks!

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting your issue. I already responded to your email, but I'll post this here in case anyone else needs it.

The MIDIWidget beta firmware has a bug involving CC input. If anyone needs this fix before the next "official" firmware release, use the attached .hex file.

Firmware update instructions are here:
